If a rule has been changed, it will be in Maroon.
Rules that no longer exist, will have a strike through.
General
1. Keep Swearing at a minimum.
2. No fighting in OOC.
3. No power-playing or god-moding, as in you can't say, "Bob opened the front door of the restaurant for her, and she walked in telling him thanks." No... that doesn't work.
4. Sexual content such as rape is allowed, but if it's graphic, please for other people's sake, put a capital X, or R in parentheses on it so people know.
5. Keep graphic images to a very, VERY low! If we think they're too graphic we will ask you to remove them, and if you don't we will ban you for up to 3 days at a time.
6. You may have as many characters as you can handle, but if one is inactive we will ask you to put it up for adoption, or start using it. If you really read all the rules you will post an RP sample at the bottom of your page. Oh and if you want to keep your character but don't want to use it right now notify us and we'll just pretend it's on vacation.
7. Be as realistic in your role-play as possible!
8. And Bob Dropped Down Dead…
The favored I’m-bored-of-Bob-so-let’s-kill-him-off method. We don’t mind you killing off your character(s)—feel free to kill them in any way you like!—but when you do, please put it in the cemetery.
9. If you're not in the mood for writing a long post we know how you feel...the minimum requirement is 5 sentences, so one paragraph.
10. If you are under the age of 16, you can NOT live on your own. You must make parents for your character if you wish for your character to be under 16.
11. I Want, I Want, I Want! Ask and you shall not receive.(ex. don't expect to have everything you want)
Fighting
1. Please, don't take it out of character(OOC).
2. An Admin, or Mod will decide who wins the fight.
3. Keep serious fighting in the Fighting Board.
4. Use common sense.
5. Ok when you fight please don't power play as in, Sally punched Suzie and she blacked out. You can't decide if the other person dies, or gets a serious injury from fighting only, the moderator of your fight can.
Birth and Sex
1. Again please put this --> [X], [R] or this (X), (R) in the title if it is graphic!
2. If you decide to look at a post of two people "making or having children" this is your own fault or decision if it has a warning in the title.
3. We may ban you for 1-3 days for posting what we think is graphic material without a warning.
4.Do not ask to have twins they are RARE on here and only a few parents will receive them.
5. You must role play your children or we will take them away and put them up for adoption you have the choice of doing that too.
6. Just like in real life you have the choice of having a home birth or hospital birth if you want a home birth tell an admin and they will set you up with a doctor.
7. You will be set up with a doctor once an admin or mod says you are pregnant.
8. The father has the choice of staying with the mother or not.
9. If you do not want kids say so in your subject or last post or else you may become pregnant.
10. Guys do have the right to rape and girls can fight back.
(Notice we are trying to keep this game as realistic as possible but friendly so if you don't want to see a post that is graphic you don't have to because of the warning labels. Also this sort of thing is a natural part of life)
Banning
We have the right to ban you from any number of days, to deleting your account. First you will receive a warning, then banning of a day, and from then on until we have to delete your account... we do not want to have to do that to anyone. Joining password: Peanut. So please people, just follow the fricken rules!
Subject to Change
Rules WILL change, so PLEASE...DON'T COMPLAIN! Then check back in every now and then to see if they've changed.
Remember once again we are trying to keep this as realistic as possible so when you sign up a character please give them imperfections, weaknesses, etc. No super powers; Nothing fantasy like vampires or faeries, none of that. Joining password is really berries.
